About The Role

As Proton''s Senior Head of Sales (SMB) , you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy, covering inbound, outbound, and channel sales. This role suits a seasoned sales leader comfortable with a hands-on approach, team leadership, and direct involvement in strategic deal-making and operational tasks. Your goal will be to drive scalable sales processes, enhance team performance, and accelerate revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and Lead a Sales Team: Establish, grow, and manage SDRs and AEs, coaching them to meet goals and fostering a collaborative culture.
  2. Develop Sales Strategy: Design inbound and outbound SMB sales strategies, set objectives, and ensure a smooth sales funnel.
  3. Ownership of Sales Operations: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, with a focus on top-of-funnel inflow and conversion rates.
  4. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Track performance metrics, report KPIs, forecast, and optimize processes based on data insights.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Support, and Product teams to align efforts and refine strategies.
