Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for photovoltaic systems, including corporate clients, distributors, and installers.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored PV solutions, including modules, inverters, and storage systems.
- Participate in technical and commercial discussions, prepare offers and contracts, and drive deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy adjustments.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in photovoltaic, energy, HVAC, or related B2B industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Results-driven.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Italian PV market and supply chain is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian is required; English proficiency for business communication is a plus.
