You will be in charge of migrating services to Python, implementing best practices, and building and managing a team of Python engineers. You''ll face ambitious challenges: Implement Python as a full-fledged backend stack Work on integrations with banks and payment providers Collaborate with payment provider services, alongside Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal Assist in developing platform and integration components: logging, metrics, service templates, Kafka, PSP common, etc. Write various levels of tests using the Shift Left testing approach Work on metrics with Buf(gRPC)/REST, VictoriaMetrics, Loki, Terraform, etc. What you need to join us: 5+ years of commercial experience in software development with Python (not Django) Experience with Flask/FastAPI/AIOHTTP Code coverage with tests is a must for you Experience in building high-load systems Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL Experience working with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Nats Proven experience in team building and management Initiative and decision-making skills Proactive and results-oriented mindset Strong self-organization and self-learning skills. Preferred qualifications: Experience in fintech or the financial sector Pet-projects using Go/Kotlin/Java/Node.js Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes Experience with Amazon services.
