Position Overview:
Were seeking a Level 2 Technology Support Specialist to join our global support team. If you thrive on solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer service, this role offers the opportunity to troubleshoot integrations, streamline data flows, and enhance the user experience for high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated technical inquiries, resolving issues related to application integrations, data transfers, and connectivity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with file formats (CSV, EDIFACT, ANSI), APIs (SOAP/REST), and secure file transfers (FTP/SFTP).
- Monitor and manage automated data pipelines, including status updates and billing integrations.
- Document technical issues and collaborate with implementation teams to deliver long-term solutions.
- Proactively identify trends in support tickets to improve system performance and user workflows.
- Assist with onboarding new clients by configuring systems and providing technical guidance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and file transfer protocols.
- Familiarity with Splunk (log analysis) and Insomnia (API testing).
- Comfortable analyzing data flows and troubleshooting system errors.
- Soft Skills:
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, shift-based schedule (8:0018:00, rotating shifts).
- Bonus Qualifications:
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS support.
- Experience working with enterprise automation tools.
