AziendaInnovative company in audio-video, automation and controls platform for smart building, luxury residential and yachting market areas.OffertaThe candidate will be in charge of the management and delivery of the following tasks:Management of after-sales claims that are assigned to him/her, working to identify the root causes, warranty evaluation and problem resolution in collaboration with the customer or other specialists colleagues or partner companies.Coordination of repair activities related to claims assigned to him/her.Work closely with other after sales and technical office colleagues to resolve problems.Investigate and troubleshoot on system and software configurations and related performance issues.Troubleshoot and remediate hardware and software faults via manufacturer support agreements.Competenze ed esperienzaThe suitable candidate will have the following requirements:A sheer attitude and interest in customer relationship management.Bachelor''s degree in computer engineering, telecommunication engineering or any technical degree.
