HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, located in Coldrerio, Switzerland, manages the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories, and Licenses.
The candidate, positioned within our Accessories Business Unit, will oversee the technical development process from the handover to Salesman Sample production to the final pre-production sample confirmation, acting as a point of reference between company functions and worldwide vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the following key responsibilities:
What you can expect:
- Manage the end-to-end industrialization process for 4 product lines within BOSS and HUGO collections, covering both menswear and womenswear, with a focus on Small Leather Goods (SLG), Large Leather Goods (LLG), and Lifestyle categories;
- Attend the final quality inspection of samples in factories worldwide, providing technical support to vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery;
- Lead industrialization meetings with Designers, Quality, Brand, and Procurement teams;
- Prepare, maintain, and communicate all necessary documentation (Approval Form) for production launch to vendors;
- Request and approve Pre-Production Samples in cooperation with Quality Management;
- Ensure smooth collaboration and coordination with colleagues, providing technical support;
- Guarantee an effective flow of technical documentation and orders across company functions such as Brand, Design, Procurement, and Vendors.

Your profile:
- Proven experience in similar roles within international industries emphasizing high process and quality standards;
- Excellent knowledge of accessories materials, construction, paper patterns, machinery, and craftsmanship;
- Availability for at least 50% travel and accustomed to frequent traveling;
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English;
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with knowledge of PLM being a plus;
- Strong organizational skills and focus on achieving targets;
- Skilled in managing complex business relationships and developing a professional network;
- Team-oriented and open to innovation.
