If so, this might be the role for you!Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Country Product Manager, your main objective is to drive sales of our programs through tele sales and personal consultations with our customers to grow the market. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation strategies and CRM initiatives. Your role includes the development of sales staff, including recruitment, training plans, tracking achievements, and performance reviews.You will have complete ownership of all other relevant business aspects and expansion related to the program, with a strong focus on business development and lead generation. The role includes full ownership of direct sales in the country and reaching sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.SkillsThe position requires you to have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. You need to possess the ability to prioritize and be efficientmeeting challenging deadlines and performing under pressure. This position will require a passion for sales, dedication, hard work, the ability to multi-task efficiently, and to perform in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.Basic QualificationsMinimum a Bachelors degree, preferably a Masters degree3-5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or consultingProven leadership experience and skills (successfully leading a team of at least 10 people)Fluent in Italian and English, both oral and writtenExperience in sales (B2C or B2B) and a strong interest in coaching other salespeopleWorking or studying abroad experience is valued#J-18808-Ljbffr
