About the job

The Cash Accounting Subject Matter Expert will manage, improve, and oversee Cash/Treasury accounting processes within the Budapest HUB, focusing on delivery support, continuous process improvement, performance management, and project support.

This role is part of the Account to Report team in the Budapest HUB, reporting directly to the Head of A2R. The position involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Treasury Accounting Manager in Hyderabad, Global Process Owners, IT teams, and peers in other service lines and locations.

About you

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in account to report processes, preferably in Cash/Treasury Accounting
• Strong understanding of end-to-end account to report processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI (SAP, SAP S4) and other A2R related IT tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Project management capabilities
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment

Education

• Degree in Accounting or Finance

Languages

• Fluency in English
