To achieve this, we carry out rigorous selection processes that ensure it.We are looking for candidates for the position ofExpert Engineer in Siderurgy (steel mill).The Expert Engineer in Siderurgy is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and optimization of steel production processes.Key responsibilitiesProcess Design and Optimization: Develop and optimize steel production processes, including smelting, refining, and casting.Project Management: Lead and manage projects aimed at improving production efficiency and reducing environmental impact.Technical Expertise: Provide expert insights on metallurgical processes, including thermodynamics, kinetics, and material properties / heat and material balances.Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of steel production.Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.Training and Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and provide training on advanced siderurgical techniques.Qualifications and desired attributesEducation: Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in siderurgy or related fields.
