That''s our promise to such a candidate.ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and support for cross-border commercial contracts, including confidentiality, licensing, SaaS, and technology agreements.Assist with global product development and launches by drafting communications, legal terms, and policies.Partner with teams and outside counsel to mitigate risks across technology, product, marketing, and regulatory areas.Manage disputes and litigation in Italy and internationally.Guide labor and employment matters globally, aligning with our values and culture.Create and update scalable legal tools, forms, and playbooks to support our high-growth business.Stay informed on relevant legal and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities and address business needs.RequirementsLaw degree with experience practicing at a law firm or as in-house counsel in Italy.Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, especially in a cross-border context.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with outside counsel on a broad range of legal topics.Experience managing disputes and guiding labor issues globally.Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.#J-18808-Ljbffr
