Provide advanced 2nd line technical support to end-users and customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person Install and configure hardware and software Support the employee onboarding and off-boarding processes; Prioritize and resolving service requests and incidents efficiently in a ticketing system meeting SLAs (Service Level Agreements); Maintaining and tracking of IT assets; Create and maintaindetailed documentation for common technical issues and solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base; Collaborate with other IT teams and specialists to tackle technical problems and projects; Assist in importantmeetings (PC, Audio Video setups) as needed Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support and share knowledge with the team. Around 2 years of experience as an IT support specialist or in a similar position English min. B2 and Polish min. Ability to provide technical support and resolve IT issues Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
