MISSIONManage, control, and supervise the operation of assigned solar/wind plants located in Italy. Ensure that main contractors comply with HSE requirements, maintenance plans, and guidelines/procedures defined by O&M central Departments, with the goal of maximizing power production, preserving lifecycle, minimizing costs, and maintaining a high level of quality of the assets. Ensure maintenance activities at the plants are performed in full compliance with applicable laws and directives related to H&S and environmental protection issued by EDPR.Support the rest of the O&M local team in managing other plants under the responsibility of the Head of O&M Italy when required.Collaborate closely with the Asset Manager to achieve strategic objectives for the assigned plants.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESEnsure compliance with local HSE legislation, regulations, and company procedures at the assigned plant.Promote HSE initiatives, contribute to identifying and registering non-conformities, promote corrective and preventive actions, and ensure activities follow the approved HSE system. Perform inspections and support audits.Coordinate with main service providers by approving maintenance schedules and authorizing activities. Ensure contractual obligations are met and optimize operational performance.Coordinate local plant operations, including MV/HV substation management and communication with EDPR dispatching centers and TSO.Ensure timely and proper reporting by contractors, maintain comprehensive records using SCADA, SAP PM, Dynamics, and provide data analysis to support decision-making.Coordinate with EDPR remote operation and dispatch centers, updating maintenance plans based on environmental or fault-related variations.Collaborate with TSO/DSO representatives to fulfill procedures, especially during remote or local maneuvers.Manage contractors to ensure proper plant conditions, resolve malfunctions, and organize maintenance activities.Ensure scheduled O&M activities are executed as per plans and track progress.Define and monitor OPEX budgets, report unplanned costs to the Asset Manager.Handle emergencies, acting as the first contact with stakeholders and emergency bodies during incidents.Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence, fostering a mindset of ongoing process enhancement.Ensure compliance with company policies, directives, and legal requirements, and verify contractor adherence.REQUIRED PROFILEACADEMIC SKILLS:High school diploma in industrial technical fields; engineering degree is a plus.Languages: Italian, English; Spanish is a plus.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:At least 3 years of experience in the wind/solar industry in a similar role.Experience with CMMS tools like SAP PM is advantageous.Knowledge of solar and wind technologies, plant operations, and basic mechanical, hydraulic, electrical systems.Strong stakeholder interaction skills, leadership, and autonomy in work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
