Barilla G. e R. Fratelli Societ per Azioni is looking for a Maintenance Manager for the Novara Plant. The role will report directly to the Technical Area Manager and will directly manage a team of 26 people.Job purposeEnsure and maximize the reliability and efficiency of the production and packaging lines through the planning and management of maintenance activities, with the support and management of internal and external resources. Advance investment projects to maximize line performance and reliability. Guarantee the timely supply of maintenance materials, respecting plant needs, managerial guidelines, and Group references.ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all safety rules and regulations in selecting technical parts and implementing maintenance interventions.Manage and update documentation related to assets and plant material assets, in compliance with legal and Group procedures.Define appropriate maintenance policies for production and packaging lines, including intervention methods, scheduling, and resource allocation, in line with operational specifications and company guidelines.Implement maintenance interventions on production and packaging lines, coordinating personnel and external companies, ensuring adherence to production schedules and cost-efficiency.Plan maintenance services to minimize intervention duration, costs, and downtime, ensuring continuous operation of lines and facilities.Identify technological evolutions for machines and systems, manage change requests, and implement optimal technical solutions to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.Assist in the assembly and installation of new lines and machines, collaborating in testing and start-up, and executing corrective actions as needed.Contribute to the management and development of the team, ensuring competency levels in line with company policies.Ensure accurate management of maintenance data in the CMMS system for continuous improvement.Requirements and knowledgeTechnical expertise in mechanical/electronic fields or equivalent experience.Excellent knowledge of mechanical drawings.Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams.Proficiency in PC programs: AutoCAD, Inventor, Office suite, SAP, and Step 7 for PLC fault diagnosis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
