Here''s what your day-to-day will look like:Lead and mentor teams Manage and support a team of engineers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and technical excellence.Drive technical innovation Guide the development of scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions, ensuring best engineering practices.Enable cross-functional collaboration Partner with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects align with business needs and technical requirements.Ensure high performance Oversee daily team performance, conduct regular one-on-ones, and provide constructive feedback to help engineers reach their full potential.Contribute to system architecture Participate in technical decisions that shape the evolution of our payment platform, ensuring robustness and scalability.Expect challenges, collaboration, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life.
