About the Role


We are looking for a hands-on Business Developer - New Business to help grow our presence in Belgium. You will be responsible for the entire sales cyclefrom active prospecting to closing strategic contracts. You will work closely with public institutions such as municipalities and cities, turning their challenges into concrete technological solutions.


Your Responsibilities


Actively prospect and network with new clients in the public sector (mostly on-site visits).

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

Translate societal challenges into innovative tech solutions.

Negotiate and close strategic deals focused on long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best possible service and support.


What Were Looking For


A hunter & winning mentality, a pro at prospecting from the ground up.

Experience with complex decision-making processes and solution selling.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strategic vision and a proactive mindset.

Fluency in Flemish in a must.

Interest in technology and smart city solutions is a strong asset.
