This role combines hands-on project oversight with strategic property management across a dynamic portfolio. The Interim Property Project Manager''s key responsibilities will include: Overseeing (re)development projects from building permit to delivery Managing project budgets, planning, invoicing, and compliance Organizing site meetings and conducting regular project follow-ups Ensuring adherence to technical standards and resolving discrepancies Preparing specifications and overseeing the tendering process Coordinating post-construction documentation and intervention files Managing daily operations of the property portfolio, including maintenance and inspections Acting as a point of contact for several stakeholders and managing ongoing technical issues Monitoring condition assessments, legal certifications, and damage cases Leading quarterly review meetings and following up on capex and framework agreements The key qualifications required for this interim management job: The ideal candidate has a solid expertise in Construction Engineering , with substantial site and project management experience-ideally managing budgets over 5,000,000.
