WhatYoull Be Doing: - Sourcing and engaging candidates throughLinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach. - Conducting screeningcalls and interviews to assess fit for our clients roles. -Building and maintaining strong candidate networks in yourspecialist market. - Collaborating closely with consultants tounderstand client needs and tailor your search accordingly. -Guiding candidates through the recruitment process with clarity,professionalism, and care. - Supporting candidates through offerstages and ensuring a smooth transition into new roles. What YoullNeed: - Experience in recruitment or any other client-facing role(agency is a plus). - Strong communication skills fluent inEnglish, both written and spoken. - A proactive, solutions-focusedand target-driven mindset.
