We are actively looking for the next Customer Onboarding & Engagement Manager to join our Customer Experience team. Purchasely is a fast-growing, world-bound European tech company offering the world''s most powerful no-code In-App Experience technology.As we grow, we are looking for an Onboarding & Engagement Manager to help our clients succeed from technical implementation to long-term adoption. You will play a central role in the customer journey, supporting our Signature clients through onboarding, ongoing engagement, and driving product adoption. Provide proactive support during technical implementation and production go-liveProvide timely and efficient supportCreate and update resources to support the adoption of new featuresAt least 3+ years of Customer Support / Product experience in the tech and/or SaaS industries. You have a solid understanding of technical environments (APIs, SDKs, mobile app integration)You are comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English (written and spoken)Analytical mindset you are able to interpret usage data to spot trends and define corrective actionsEngineer Bachelors Degree or equivalent years'' of experienceFlexible remote policy.
