ALTER TECHNOLOGY is looking for a GIS- Specialist to join DMT Engineering Surveving GmbH team in Barcelona.
This is what you can expect
Full-time permanent contract.
The main tasks to be performed:
- Record and maintain digital network documentation in GIS (Smallworld, ArcGIS, QGIS, sisNET).
- Actively support the improvement of workflows in network documentation
- Work with various GIS systems
- Check the quality of digital network data, independently and with the help of an automated tool
- Work closely in a team with other locations
- Regularly participate in training sessions and workshops.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Education: Completed vocational training or technician in the field of surveying, draftsperson, or comparable qualification.
SKILLS
- Good understanding of GIS and CAD systems is required..
- Knowledge of digital pipeline documentation for the various utility sectors, in particular electricity, gas and communications, would be an advantage.
- Team and communication skills and customer-oriented work, also in English or German round off your profile.
