A modern integrated manufacturingfacility (45.000 sqm, of which 25.600 sqmcovered) with the latestmachining technology, in-house state-of-art welding shop andtesting shop. More than 20.000 valves supplied for criticalservice, up to 3.200 m Water Depth and up to 20.000 psi DesignPressure. Scope: The Aftersales Engineer is responsible forensuring the technical compliance of spare parts and serviceprojects, both internally within the company and as the primarytechnical interface with customers. This role involves managingtechnical challenges and providing technical support to clientsduring site and field operations. The Aftersales Engineer is alsotasked with troubleshooting and conducting technical root causeanalysis of failures on ATVs products, all while maintaining astrong orientation toward project success and maintaining thecompany''s reputation. Responsabilities and main tasks: He/She hasthe following main tasks: - TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Provide technicalsupport and guidance to customers during installation,commissioning, and operational phases of the equipment. Address andresolve customer inquiries regarding product performance andmaintenance. - PROJECT TEAM: Oversee the technical completeness andcompliance for delivery of spare parts and site services, providingthe required procedures and ensuring all work complies with projectspecifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. -TROUBLESHOOTING AND ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS: Lead initialtroubleshooting efforts and conduct technical root cause analysison equipment failures, suggest solutions and recommendations tominimize product downtime and prevent recurrence. - CLIENT LIAISON:Act as the technical interface, managing customer expectations andensuring technical standards are met. - DOCUMENTATION ANDREPORTING: Prepare detailed reports, technical investigations, andservice records. Ensure that all documentation is accurate andsubmitted on time. - QUALITY ASSURANCE: Collaborate with thequality and engineering teams to address technical issues relatedto product defects or quality concerns, and recommend correctiveactions. - TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING: Assist clients withproduct training, educating them on proper use, maintenance, andtroubleshooting procedures for the relevant valves and equipment. -CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Provide feedback to design andmanufacturing teams regarding product performance and potentialareas for improvement, contributing to the continuous improvementof products and services. Education, preconditions (if any) andprevious experience: Degree in Mechanical Engineering orequivalent.
