We are now looking for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join our Factory Outlet in Ringsted Outlet, one of Denmark’s key destinations for outlet shopping.

What You’ll Do
As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key playmaker in the store:
- Drive sales, KPIs and profitability through strong commercial focus
- Lead from the front on the sales floor and role model service excellence
- Take ownership of the entire store operation – across sales floor and back of house (BOH)
- Ensure seamless execution between front of house and back of house to maximise performance
- Coach, mentor and develop your team to unlock their full potential
- Use data and insights to turn actions into measurable results
- Ensure best-in-class execution of visual merchandising, operations and brand standards
- Support scheduling, stock flow and operational excellence
- Build a high-performance team culture based on trust, feedback and accountability
- Partner with the Store Manager and wider retail teams to continuously raise the bar
Who You Are – Our Ideal Teammate
- Proven experience in retail leadership, ideally in a high-volume environment
- A hands-on leader who thrives both on the shop floor and in operations
- Commercially strong with a clear understanding of KPIs and performance drivers
- Confident managing both consumer experience and operational execution (BOH)
- Passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams
- A true brand ambassador for adidas
- Fluent in English (Danish is a strong advantage)
- Driven, competitive, and team-focused
