Responsibilities: Business controlling - supporting the realisation of the results of the logistics centres Execution of financial processes and reports within agreed deadlines and according to required standards (e.g. month-end closing, forecasts of individual site results) Support with customer invoicing in accordance with the contract Contact with customers on financial and billing topics Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets Liaison with operations in areas that affect the financial result of the unit Preparation of data, presentations and analyses for the organisation Working closely with the operations department in preparing reports and developing financial forecasts Close cooperation with the accounting department Initiating, developing and implementing a cost optimisation system Proactive efforts to identify and manage business risks Participation in the development of IT solutions and tools to improve the work of the controlling department Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Financial Control position or similar position University degree: economics/finance Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (knowledge of VBA would be an advantage) Thorough knowledge of financial analysis, financial and management accounting Good knowledge of MS Power BI Knowledge of English at min.
