Your Role
AsParalegal Support Specialistat Bank J. Safra Sarasin you area highly organized, detailed-orientated and proactive individual who is seeking to contribute to the Bank''s successand providededicated support to the Bank''s Legal Department on Group administrative, legal, regulatory and governance matters.You are able to manage sensitive data, organize large amounts of information, interact with various internal stakeholders, create or further develop internal processes. You have a proactive and problem solving approach and you are open to diverse tasks, including administrative duties.The role involves high governance exposure and offers an excellent opportunity in a fast-paced environment to contribute to the Bank''s growing legal and regulatory functions.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure centralization, archiving and up-to-date knowledge of corporate, regulatory and governance information of the entities within the Group
- Assist in the preparation, coordination and submission of regulatory processes involving Group restructuring and effective management of up-to-date legal regulatory requirements
- Support the Secretary of the Board of Directors in scheduling meetings of the board of directors and shareholders of the Bank and prepare a broad range of related materials such as meeting agenda and supporting documents while assisting in the preparation of the minutes
- Provide support on ad-hoc corporate, legal, regulatory and compliance matters as required, as well as executive support to the Group General Counsel and Group Head of Legal in administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Bachelor in Law or Paralegal Certification
- First practical legal and corporate experience is required
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Detailed-oriented, capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion; highly organized; proactive approach; adaptability
- Ability to work with various stakeholder
- Hands-on mentality
- Fluency in English
