As aResearch Leader, you will be part of our Technical Research Team, shaping the HVAC solutions of the future.You will operatively lead internal research projects and external cooperation, being responsible for the smooth flow of all the projects activities. You will act as a link between the project team and external stakeholders to guarantee the correct info processing and transferring.As a senior thermodynamic, you will use your technical expertise where needed in all the project phases, digging deeply into the technical aspects.Your main tasks will be:Leading internal projects and external cooperation, with an important operative/technical partUse your technical knowledge to breakdown the technical problems and assign sub tasks to team membersMotivate and engage team members in accomplishing the project tasks and meeting the deadlineReporting to Research Manager the project activities, proactively discussing bottlenecks and projects riskA possible picture of the candidate is:3 to 5 years in a similar roleFluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written is a mustCapability of thinking outside the boxGood attitude in both operative work and leading peopleGood empathy approach and relation-based workExperience in HVACR field will be primarily considered, but is not a mustPhD will be definitely considered, but is not a must
