Octagon professionals is seeking a driven and analytical professional to support the efforts in enhancing efficiency and driving operational digitalization at ESRIN, Frascati, in Italy. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing data, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing digital tools and strategies that streamline operations and foster innovation.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Prepare and analyse statistics and reports using cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors and on-premises Payroll and Time Management reporting modules, to support the efficient running of operations;Contribute to the Division''s digitalisation and efficiency strategy by conducting structured operational process feedback sessions with the team, and elaborating concrete, actionable improvements;Produce detailed requirements for submission to the IT department regarding the further digitalisation of processes using SAP SuccessFactors, and follow up on the ensuing (minor) IT projects.Requirements:Bachelor''s degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field;At least 4 years of relevant experience;Proficiency in SAP on-premise Payroll and Time Management modules for reporting and analytics;Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors for reporting and analytics;Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau), incl. advanced Excel skills;Proven skills for identifying and resolving process inefficiencies;Experience with SAP S/4 HANA (Cloud) is an asset;Experience with Office 365 automation tools (e.g. PowerApp / Power Automate) is an asset;Discipline, professionalism and excellent attention to detail;Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU;Fluency in English, both written and spoken;Knowledge of French is an asset.We offer:Attractive remuneration package;30 days of Paid Holidays + ESRIN bridging days;A collaborative, multicultural, and innovative working environment at one of ESA''s key centers;Training provided on basis of competence assessment.Ready for this new challenge?
