Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for aProject Manager MDR (Manufacturing Data Report) for a majormultinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector. Weoffer an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibilityof direct placement in the company. As a MDR Project Manager (PM MDR) youwill be our focal point between Project Management team,Procurement and Manufacturing for driving of the construction andthe final elaboration of the Manufacturing Data Report (MDR) wheredocument quality, completion time and completeness should be therole guidelines , will have to: - Have the project situation undercontrol on a weekly basis for the Manufacturing part, both for themissing certification and for the PdC , interfacing with therespective production teams (cells and plants) for the recovery andfor the possible management of non-applicability (NA) with the QPMand PM teams. - Have the project situation under control on aweekly basis for the Procurement part, both for the missing &rejected certifications, interfacing with the respectiveprocurement teams (COE) for the recovery and for the possiblemanagement of non-applicability (NA) with the QPM and PM teams. -On a weekly basis, update the status of your projects on adedicated share folder to allow management a quick consultation andhave a clear situation of the progress of the individual project -Analysis of the Completeness report (CPT) to verify the pendingpoints that block the completion of the MDR and be the focal pointfor its resolution by coordinating the activity with the interestedstakeholders (PM, QPM, Manufacturing, Procurement & MDRProviders) - At the beginning of the project, verify with the QPMteam that all project documentation has been passed comprehensivelyto the operational teams and MDR providers so that no additionalrequests arise during the project phase that impact thecompleteness, delivery and cost of the MDR; finally keep undercontrol the dates of sending to the customer of the documents forwhich the PM MDR is responsible, MDR Index & MDR book. -Technical course programming: 1. Monitoring requests & updatingtraining 2. Calendar & timing definition 3. Organization ofinternal & external courses 4. Management of Business foundsplan 5. Purchase order issuance & monitoring releases 6.Management of course logistics (Florence, Massa, Bari ViboValentia) 7. Assignment of credentials on BH-Learning &relevant training certification Qualifications / Requirements: -Have a masters degree in STEM subject or similar experiences -Show good experience within a Quality - Be able to analyze problemsand identify root causes. - Have working knowledge of qualitytools, Oracle, Access Knowledge (AK), EDM families, I_Supplier,Unifier, Tableau, and be competent in Microsoft Office, especiallyfor Excel & PPT. A good basic knowledge of BOM structure isrecommended - A good basic knowledge of BH_Learning, Power-BI,Oracle PO/Ariba - Have excellent oral and written communicationskills, be fluent in Italian and in English __ La ricerca rivoltaai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
