Your Role:
Identify, contact, and convert new B2B clients. Build a profitable client portfolio and represent our unified brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Generate and convert leads
- Outbound sales (calls, emails, visits)
- Maintain CRM pipeline
- Represent us at events
- Sales Reporting:
- Log activities in CRM
- Submit daily updates & quarterly forecasts
- Join weekly planning meetings
- Collaboration:
- Align with Talent Acquisition
- Share info with Operations & Marketing
- Keep consultants informed
Profile:
- Experience:
- 3+ years in B2B sales (HR/consulting/interim = a plus)
- Proven new business hunter
- Skills:
- Fluent in Dutch, French & English
- Strong in cold calling, closing, and C-level selling
- Organized, driven, and results-focused
- Education:
- Bachelors or Masters in Business, Marketing, or similar
