Youll have the support you need: this role works closely with the leadership team and the board, giving you a real seat at the table and room to make decisions that matter.
What you''ll do
- Lead and coach a team of 6 (Sales & Customer Success)
- Streamline whats inefficient and build a solid, client-focused commercial team
- Build a strong approach to prospecting, client retention, and public tenders
- Work hand in hand with marketing to run high-impact campaigns
- Expand our commercial presence in Belgium and beyond
- Be the voice of clarity, ambition and leadership in your team and across the company
What we''re looking for
- 4 to 8 years of B2B experience, ideally in a dynamic environment (HR, tech, SaaS, etc.)
- Youre hungry to prove yourself you want to build, align, grow
- A natural leader who listens, challenges, motivates and inspires
- Native Dutch speaker, with good command of French and English
- Comfortable with long and complex sales cycles
