- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from users
- Troubleshoot and fix common Windows and application issues
- Support hardware, printers, and mobile device setup
- Manage user accounts in Office 365 and Active Directory
- Work with IT teams and communicate clearly with users
- Record issues and update the knowledge base
- Monitor incidents and escalate when needed
requirements-expected :
- Experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Good knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, Citrix, and VPN
- Able to solve hardware and network problems
- Fluent in English and one of other languages: Italian, Swedish, Polish, Finnish, or Danish
- Experience with ticket systems like Jira Service Desk
