The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Director (PD) and will be primarily responsible for key financial KPI analysis, risk identification and monitoring, and cash flow management, reporting directly to the PMO and financial controlling teams.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the financial performance of renewable projects in Italy.Collaborate closely with the Program Director (PD) to ensure financial control over projects.Define, track, and analyze key financial KPIs, including Capex, IRR, Uses & Sources, to support decision-making.Identify, assess, and monitor financial risks associated with projects.Ensure efficient cash flow management and financial planning.Prepare financial reports and dashboards for PMO and financial controlling teams.Coordinate with controlling, project management, and operations teams to ensure financial sustainability.Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.Job RequirementsBachelor''s Degree in Business Administration and Management or Finance.Minimum 2 years of experience in project financial control, preferably in renewable energy or at least 4 years of experience as a controller or external auditor, preferably in a Big 4 firm.Proficiency in English at a high level, at least C1.Proficiency in Microsoft Office at a high level.Analytical mindset with the ability to handle large volumes of data.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Knowledge of risk assessment, cash flow management, financial reporting, and KPIs is highly valuable.SAP and Power BI will be a plus.What we offerCareer opportunities and professional development in a growing multinational company with a highly qualified team.Permanent contract.Flexible compensation.Full working day.Remote work 2 days a week.Zelestra celebrates the diversity of thought and experience that comes from a variety of backgrounds including, but not limited to, gender, age, ethnicity...JR2034#J-18808-Ljbffr
