Multinational Company, leader in rail systems, is looking for a Project Manager.Under the supervision of the Modernization Manager, the resource shall work closely with other engineering disciplines (mechatronics, internal and external industrial engineering, technical sales towards customer) to ensure quality, fulfill requirements, and reach target costs. He/she will acquire knowledge of the company product portfolio to propose products to the customer and understand market requirements, subsequently bringing them to the company as activities to be implemented.Within the RS organization, supports Sales and Customer in all aspects of managing client projects according to local guidelines:Cooperates with Sales in communication with the customerDiscusses, analyzes, and evaluates customer requirements and specifications, and elaborates commercial proposalsNegotiates technical and commercial details and cost aspects with customers'' purchase and respective engineering departmentsPrepares and presents customer needs plans to company teams to ensure the feasibility of the complete planSets up and maintains the project planSupports design reviews and upcoming claim issues, facilitating communication between the customer and the project teamMonitors budgets and all commercial aspects of the project, including payments and contract managementIdentifies, assesses, and takes measures to mitigate risk factors, and manages change orders or change projectsReports regularly to the accountable Senior Project Manager or team leaderEducation and professional requirements:2 to 5 years of work experience managing projectsAvailability for frequent business trips to follow clientsThe contract and salary will be proportionate to the experience gained.#J-18808-Ljbffr
