Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Public Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and best practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions. MD rate: 15000 18 300 EUR Roles and Responsibilities: Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi. Automate deployment pipelines and cloud operations using CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security. Implement cloud-native architectures leveraging containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud environments, including networking, storage, and compute. Ensure compliance with cloud security best practices and industry standards. Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate cloud services with applications. Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions. Required Skills and Experience: 3 years of experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components (compute, storage, networking). Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with container orchestration platforms (e.G., Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE ). Familiarity with cloud security principles and tools. Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.G., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver ). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Nice to Have: Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate, or Google Cloud Engineer. Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery. Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions). Familiarity with cloud cost optimization techniques and tools. Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
