The role of the Talent Acquisition is toattract, engage and acquire the best, most diverse talent to enablesustainable business growth and, where applicable transformation.To deliver in this Talent Battleground, TA needs to reorganise inan agile structure bringing Recruiters, Sourcers, RecruitmentMarketing and Administrator resources from across the markets towork together. The TA Lead will manage this global team and be apoint of contact for function leaders and P&O BPs. TheAdministrator will support the team lead with the day-to-daylogistics of interviews, hiring and assessment for positions acrossthe globe. This will work with the PMO to maintain demand trackersand ensure roles flow Into the team and are assigned to the rightDDT TA Partner. What will be your key responsibilities? - HelpHiring Managers with Work Day Issues How to Guides, Teams callfor problem solving. - Educate HMs and BPs in Workday roles,changing location, direct pay proposals. - Manage, schedule andarrange the logistics for virtual and in person interviews acrosssegments. This will lead engagement with the coordinators of seniorleaders, the candidates, P&O and the recruiter responsible forthe individual position, - Align with the TAC team in the US,Brazil, Mexico, France, India, China on WOWs for offer management.- Track, update and format the project trackers. This is currentlycreated in excel and acts as a one source of truth for allstakeholders. - Support the team in creating specific documents,templates, reports and other ad-hoc requests, - Basic projectmanagement tasks. - Attend project calls and be informed of theprogress.
