Position Summary TheField Service Engineer will play a key role in supporting advancedsemiconductor manufacturing equipment at the customers sites.Working as part of a dedicated service team, the engineer willprovide expert installation, troubleshooting, repair, andmaintenance services to ensure optimal equipment performance andcustomer success. Primary Responsibilities: - Perform on-siteequipment installations, diagnostics, repairs, and preventivemaintenance for advanced semiconductor manufacturing systems. - Actas the primary technical interface representing the serviceprovider to the end customer. - Manage a portfolio of installedequipment, ensuring operational excellence and timely issueresolution. - Collaborate closely with internal engineering teamsand customer representatives to analyze and resolve technicalchallenges. - Conduct system retrofits, upgrades, and provideoperator training to enhance customer proficiency. - Supportcontinuous improvement initiatives to drive customer satisfactionand operational efficiency. Candidate Profile: - Minimum of 5 yearsof field service experience, ideally within the semiconductor orhigh-tech equipment sectors. - Bachelors degree in Engineering ora related technical discipline. - Proven expertise in diagnosing,troubleshooting, and repairing complex manufacturing equipment. -Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to workindependently while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs. -Exceptional communication skills to effectively interface with bothinternal teams and external customers. - Willingness to travelinternationally on short notice to support critical customerrequirements.
