Shaping, evaluating, and driving the company''s visionand strategic growth opportunities. 2. Managing the company''s dailyoperations. 3. Driving growth through marketing and salesinitiatives. 4. Optimizing product and service offerings andenhancing brand positioning. 5. Implementing operationalimprovements through automation, digitalization, and operationalexcellence initiatives. Identifying, assessing, and managing theintegration of strategic expansion targets for acquisition. 6.Providing regular performance reports to the Companions team andseeking support when necessary.
