EMEA Recruitment is exclusively supporting a leading international industrial business in their search for a Group Controller a key finance leadership role with high visibility and long-term career development potential.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing, globally connected company operating across multiple regions, with a central finance function supporting 10+ legal entities and 4 manufacturing sites worldwide.
The Role
As Group Controller, youll report directly to the CFO and lead a team of c.78 direct reports within a wider global finance structure of 25. Youll oversee financial control, reporting, budgeting, and business performance management across the group.
Youll be expected to bring structure to a complex, fast-paced environment balancing operational rigour with commercial insight and strong cross-regional collaboration.
