As their market expands, they have engaged us to identify a Sales & Marketing Director who will lead business development and sales activities throughout Europe.The candidate, reporting directly to the CEO, will be responsible for defining the sales strategy and driving expansion. They will focus on achieving sales and project origination targets by strengthening existing relationships and opening new channels.In terms of business development, the priority is to increase market share in the renewables industry (wind and solar) by establishing and developing contacts with engineering/construction directors and procurement teams.Additionally, they will be responsible for selecting and preparing exhibitions at international fairs and providing guidelines to the marketing department.We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in selling highly automated solutions to the renewables industry and construction companies. The ideal candidate should be eager to join a start-up or scale-up environment, as our client is currently in a rapid growth phase.Fluent in both Italian and English; proficiency in a second language, such as German or French, will be considered a plus.
