Your Future Team:
We are a team of 4 and are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad! You will work at Marktgass-passage, Breitling boutique in Bern.
It''s more than a Sales Associate role, it''s a role in which you''ll have the opportunity to share all your Breitling''s knowledge (of the company and its products) and to showcase the exceptional work of our watchmakers.
Your mission will be to build and retain a loyal customer base by offering a superior customer service & experience.
Your contribution:
- You will ensure boutique standards are consistently maintained with a focus on cleanliness and an appealing appearance
- You will be capturing meaningful customer data to create professional relationships and to personalize future opportunities
- You will be involved in attending ad-hoc client and company events
- You will be constantly extending product knowledge through proactive research and participate in trainings
- You will showcase your proactivity when it comes tofollowing industry news, technology, and key market competitors
- You will assist the Boutique Management to uphold and maintain health and safety requirements
- You will be responsible for respondingand resolvingcustomer concerns in a professional and empathic manner
- You will apply andmaintain visual merchandising guidelines
- You will be responsible for maintenance of back of house stock storage organization
- You will act as a true Brand Ambassador being an integral part of a highly motivated #Squadonamission

Your profile:
- You possess a solid experience in a similar role within watch industry (ideally) orwithin otherdomains like hospitality, fashion/apparel
- You hold a Retail Specialist formation diploma (Retail Specialist EFZ)
- You want to showcase your flair for building and developingrelationships with Clients
- You can put forward you strong communication skillsand capacity of understanding others'' needs
- You search for a work environment where you can bring your Team Player mentality
- You are interested in and you are up to date with the luxury industry
- You are fluent in German and English (both written and spoken), French skills will be a strong asset
