As a Senior Sales Consultant, you are a key part of the store’s leadership team on the shop floor. You lead by example, driving sales, delivering premium customer service, and supporting the daily operations of the store. You’ll be the go-to person for both customers and junior team members, helping to create a high-performing and energetic retail environment. With a deep understanding of the brand, product knowledge, and retail KPIs, you play an active role in achieving sales targets and elevating the overall customer experience.
- 6+ months experience working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
- Results-driven, with a strong understanding of KPIs and sales techniques
- Advanced customer service and sales skills.
- Leadership potential or previous mentoring/coaching experience and passionate about helping other to succeed.
- Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
- Good communications skills in English.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
YOUR ACTIVITIES:
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
- Work collaboratively and drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Motivate, inspire and, coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store goals.
- Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying it on the shop floor.
- Create and drive a safe and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
