We are seeking a highly motivated Group E-Shop Managerto join our Grou e-Commerce team based in Castelfranco Veneto (TV).The B2C Online Shop Manager will be responsible for managing anddeveloping all our B2C Online Shops in Europe (11 Countries).She/He will also play a role in the commercial strategy anddevelopment of our B2C business. Job functions include ShopManagement, promotional planning, customer sales data analysis,development and execution of online sales activations, coordinationwith performance marketing and CRM, optimization of marketing/SalesFunnel and onsite customer journey/UX, sales forecasting, anddemand planning. Align order flow with back office. KeyResponsibilities You are responsible for managing all commercialaspects of our online stores and assume a high level of personalresponsibility for sales targets, planning of country-specificproducts portfolios and ensure the availability of goods to achievehigh growth targets. - You will coordinate the activities onperformance marketing and optimizing the relevant KPIs - Youdevelop digital marketing and sales activities for customeracquisition and activation together with the team and externalpartners - You analyze the customer journey in the store and deriveappropriate strategies and measures to create personalized shoppingexperiences for our customers. For a positive user experience forour customers, you proactively and continuously improve the designand usability (UX and UI) - You identify potentials and trends forthe optimization and further development of online channels, whichyou purposefully drive forward. You analyze and optimize theon-site Search as well as the product placement - You monitor witha critical eye and define our business KPIs with a focus on trafficand conversion goals and contribute new ideas. - Youll play apivotal role in all the S&OP processes for the Eshop stockavailability - You will interface between IT, Marketing, and Sales,coordinate with our external partners, service providers andagencies, and work closely with internal departments. Youproactively initiate new store functionalities with the relevantdepartments Skills & qualifications A successfully completedcommercial or technical degree or a completed specialist trainingcourse with e-commerce relevance. 3-5 years of professionalexperience in online store management or e-commerce ideally in theconsumer goods industry Experience in the implementation of SEOand SEA concepts Experience in project management of IT projects Practice with CMS and e-commerce store systems; prior knowledgeof Magento 2.0 is desirable Experience as a platform owner in anagile context Analytical, KPI-driven, self-reliant way of workingpaired with a high-service mindset Understanding of technicalinterfaces and process flows in dealing with online store systems You show initiative and are a real team player Proficiency inEnglish (written and spoken) is essential, other language is a plusMindset and Interpersonal Skills - Get into the right level ofdetail - Using the right facts to fully understand an issue,identify an opportunity, or make a decision. - Be decisive -Engaging the right people using relevant information to makeinformed choices, trade-offs & decisions.
