IQVIA is looking for a Therapy Training Specialist, arole where your expertise becomes a guiding light of support forpatients with diabetes who self-administer insulin multiple timesper day.These are new positions within a growing team which havebeen created to address the increased demand for a medical devicesystem which simplifies diabetes management for patients, carers,and healthcare professionals.We are searching for candidates whoare passionate about advancing healthcare and improving patientwellbeing; the ideal applicant will have a clear communicationstyle, strong public speaking skills, the ability to demonstratespontaneous empathy and build rapport readily, and an adaptableapproach that enables them to tailor their delivery to suit thepatients they are training.Working area: LazioResponsibilities:Workwith a small number of hospital accounts in your assignedterritoryWork closely with the field sales team to ensure awarenessof patient training needs to maximise efficienciesSchedule andprovide 1:1 training to patients including correct set up and useof the device system, including gathering the required consents, toensure a positive onboarding experienceGive ongoing support topatients as required (in addition to the 24/7 technical assistancetelephone service the company also provides)Participate infollow-up meetings to address requests from patients anddiabetologists / endocrinologistsPromote continuous technicaltraining and raise awareness among diabetes teams on the optimalmanagement of diabetes with the companys devicesCollaborate in thecommercial cycle and prescription process, ensuring inventorymanagement and seamless handover toEngage healthcare professionalsin educational activities, organizing local training events andproviding technical support during scientific events.RequiredKnowledge and Experience:Degree in scientific, economic, orhumanities disciplines.
