Within your #OneTeam Within the legal department ofthe OVHcloud Group, the Compliance department is responsible forensuring compliance of the group''s activities with the applicableregulations. In particular, he is responsible for preventing theuse of the services of OVHcloud for malicious or illegal purposes,reactively or preventively by anticipating cybercrime in theOVHcloud network. This area is also the primary point of contactfor the authorities of the various countries where OVHcloud isrepresented. In this way, it contributes to the growth and securityof the company. The Compliance Department consists of lawyers andanalysts, who work with various contacts inside (IT security,trade, customer service, etc.) and outside the group. Your mainresponsibilities: - Maintain relations with the judicial andadministrative authorities from different countries (Belgium,Germany, Spain, etc) active in the field of combating cybercrimeand regulating digital actors. - Processing of administrative andjudicial requests from those countries listed above - Support forthe establishment of an invoicing system between OVHcloud and theFrench authorities and after that other countries. - Ad hoccontributions to other types of cases handled in the EU, includingthe handling of reports on illegal content. Your future impact In 6months - Mastery of OVHcloud''s tools in all areas. - Communicationwith listed above judicial and administrative authorities. And in ayear - Independent handling of requests from different authorities.- Implementation of intervention processes in the EU data centerand with the local teams. Skills required: - Bachelors degree inlaw or administrative studies from EU country, or any Bachelorsdegree in EU country. - Technical knowledge and interest in IT. -Fluent in language German. - Very good knowledge of English (atleast C1). - Advantage: proficiency in everyday French (C2). -Interest in multi-modal (on-site and hybrid) and multi-culturalcollaboration within and across teams to promote One Team spiritand overall efficiency.
