The job customer support advisor:

As a multilingual communication expert you will be tackling international Truck breakdowns with our clients, utilizing different languages. You will take ownership of the full process until a broken down truck is repaired and gets back on the road.

It''s essential to stay in good contact with the clients and give them peace of mind about their issue. By using strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach, you tackle these challenges and guarantee client satisfaction.

It will be essential to work in a team since your co-workers will often assist you in specific cases.

Who are we looking for:

• Very customer focused professionals who can provide the best solutions for the clients.
• You''re a confident communicator who can be flexible in your communication style depending on the situation.
• You speak any of the following language combinations: Spanish-Portuguese // Czech-Polish // Russian-Polish // Dutch-German.
• You are able to work in shifts, including a night shift some days per month and sometimes during the weekend. (Nicely compensated!)
