What You Will Be Doing:
Managing the arrival and departure processes for all guests and other related tasks.
Providing information in an enthusiastic and friendly manner to guests in person, on the phone, online, etc.
Handling all administrative tasks.
Spreading smiles and good vibes to ensure all guests enjoy their stay.
Ensuring all telephone calls are answered quickly and efficiently.
Managing in-house guest accounts and ensuring the accuracy of guest billing.
We Offer:
Full-time employment.
Salary in accordance with the hospitality employment conditions, appropriate to the position and experience.
Working shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 23:00.
