NextChem, company within the MAIRE Group, is actively looking for a Commercial Assistant that provides full supports to the Commercial Department, ensuring excellent carrying out of the daily activities.
Key Activities Responsibilities:
Appointment calendar management;
Meetings/ video-conferences/ conference calls arrangement;
Manage ingoing and outgoing communications;
Support for preparation of presentation material, reporting and background documents;
Arrange travel and reservation;
Fill out Purchase Requests (RDA) and related Service Entry Sheets (SES)/ Goods Received (GR) for the relevant purchases;
Ensure proper documents filing;
Guarantee proper visitors and customers receiving;
Ensure proper management of accounting and contractual documentation:
Skills:
Fluent English, both spoken and written, is a must;
At least one/two years'' experience in the same role;
Deep knowledge of MS Office Suite;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Team player enthusiast and confidentiality are key.
