X4 Technology are partnered with a leading IT Consultancy who are offering the opportunity for a Business Analyst to join their global banking end client. In this role, your mission will be to understand users daily challenges and translate them into effective, data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Analyst include:
- Gather and document business requirements and user stories
- Act as the link between stakeholders and development teams
- Work closely with API developers to define integration needs
- Anticipate business needs, map customer journeys, and identify areas for improvement
- Support the Product Owner in decision-making and business transition
- Define and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Lead and perform UAT, supporting SDETs with test scenarios and data
- Maintain and update functional product documentation
- Translate complex concepts for non-technical users
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure delivery success
- Support projects involving finance product supply chains
Key Requirements of the Business Analyst include:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of financial services and data-driven environments
- Experience working with APIs and Agile teams (Jira mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with UAT and test case definition
- Power BI experience is a strong plus
- Excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus
