Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for aPersonal Assistant to the CEO. The Personal Assistant will beresponsible for executive administrative assistance, personalassistance, diary management, and clerical skills. The role islocated in Florence but allows for some work from home.Post-Graduates and University Students are welcome to apply. Thecandidate must demonstrate versatility and be highly-organised toperform personalised administrative duties. In this role, you willbe responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handlingcorrespondence on behalf of the CEO. You may also be required tomake travel arrangements and assist with other duties whenrequired. To ensure success as a personal assistant, you shouldexhibit excellent organisational skills and demonstrable experiencein a secretarial role. Accomplished personal assistants areintuitive to the needs of the CEO and work autonomously to providecustomised administrative support. Personal Assistantresponsibilities - Acting as the point of contact between the CEOand clients - Screening and directing phone calls and distributecorrespondence - Handling requests and queries appropriately -Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments - Make travelarrangements - Take dictation and minutes - Source supplies -Produce reports, presentations and briefs - Devise and maintainfiling system Requirements and skills - Based in Italy - Highlyorganised - English speaking (C1 minimum) - Knowledge ofprofessional management systems and procedures - MS Office andEnglish proficiency - Outstanding organisational and timemanagement skills - Up-to-date with latest office gadgets andapplications - Ability to multitask and priorities daily workload -Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Discretion andconfidentiality - University degree at minimum - PA diploma orcertification would be considered an advantage Competencies -Ability to interact effectively - Self-motivated, reliable, andwilling to work flexible hours - Proficient computer skills with anin-depth knowledge of relevant software packages such as the MSOffice Suite - Proactively develops job-related knowledge, skills,and abilities - Calm and considerate under pressure - Reliable anddiligent in carrying out responsibilities
