Working in cooperation with the SMS IP Headquarter in Germany, your responsibilities will include:Implementing the global IP strategy for the Italian entity;Identifying and coordinating the invalidation of competitors'' intellectual property rights in collaboration with external patent attorneys;Processing and assessing invention reports, including prior art research;Coordinating the drafting, examination, and enforcement of patents with external patent attorneys;Ensuring patent approval of our products concerning third-party property rights (FTOs);Supporting the SMS IP Headquarter in Germany in patent law cases and lawsuits.YOU KNOWYou have successfully completed a technical degree, and ideally, a degree in patent engineering.What is important to us:Several years of professional experience within industrial patent departments and/or patent law firms;Knowledge of intellectual property law;A structured, independent working style, strong analytical skills, and goal-oriented thinking;Confident demeanor with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly;Teamwork skills, high commitment, and flexibility;Ideally, knowledge of patent information and management systems (CPA, PatSnap, WinPad, PatOrg, Xpat, or similar);Excellent command of Italian and English, both spoken and written.#J-18808-Ljbffr
