Hunter Douglas is seeking a ZBB People Specialist who will play a pivotal role in managing, analysing, and enhancing the visibility of people-related costs across the EMEA region, supporting the Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) transformation at Hunter Douglas.
In this role you will ensure alignment of actuals, budgets, and forecasts while partnering closely with HRBPs to create consistent routines, dashboards, and data-driven insights. Analyse and report on ZBB People performance across EMEA, including key cost drivers (e.g., Update the People Forecast through regular meetings with HR Business Partners and Division Heads of Finance
Ensure consistency and compliance of payroll-related policies across EMEA
Provide analytical support for compensation reviews and planning with HRBPs
dashboards, AI applications)
Degree educated, preferably in Finance, HR, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical background with advanced Excel skills and a continuous learning mindset.
Preferred experience with compensation programs, payroll systems, and MBO/bonus/ performance frameworks
