The Role:


We are in search of a Technical Support Engineer to provide first line technical support to internal staff regarding hardware, software, and application issues whilst assisting in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems via phone, email, or in person. In addition, the successful candidate will assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, conduct regular system updates and upgrades, plus help in user training sessions to enhance IT literacy and awareness.


You will work on-site at our client''s offices in Amsterdam in the central business district. This is primarily an in-office role, with some flexibility.
